The training may vary depending on the location of training, number of trainees and/or function areas of the trainees. A variety of training methods can be employed ranging from online one-to-one and multiple participant sessions through to onsite training/coaching meetings. CommerceXchange has found the "train the trainer" methodology particularly effective in supporting its clients training requirements.
